Network Policy
Our network is built on the principle that every member has been personally vouched for by at least one existing member. This ensures that all listed practitioners meet the professional standards expected by shipowners, P&I clubs, and maritime businesses seeking urgent legal assistance across multiple jurisdictions.
Membership Standards
All members are required to maintain active professional licences in their respective jurisdictions, carry professional indemnity insurance where applicable, and respond promptly to referral requests from other network members.
Referral Protocol
When a member refers a matter to another member, both parties are expected to act in the best interest of the client. The referring member remains accountable for the quality of the referral, and the receiving member is expected to provide regular updates on the progress of the matter.
Editorial Independence
All content published on this website, including news articles, legal commentary, and member contributions, reflects the views of the individual authors and does not constitute legal advice. The network exercises editorial discretion over all published content.
